The owner of a transformer oil refining plant constructed a new facility to reclaim used transformer oil. The new facility was built on an eight acre site which included an office building, several process building structures and two tank farms. The plant will recycle spent transformer oil and convert it into new SUPERfine transformer oil and has capacity of 8 million US gallons (30,240,000 liters) per year. R.E. Warner designed all the interconnection piping and supports for the entire process facility. The structural and foundation design for all of the new plant buildings were coordinated and designed by R.E. Warner.
