Project Overview
R.E. Warner provided architectural, structural engineering, and MEP design services to relocate equipment from one plant to another for a producer of technology-based performance materials for manufacturers.
The design work included creating general arrangement plans of mixers, cranes, and supporting equipment in an existing interior building space. The team also developed the layout of the electrical, compressed air, and dust extraction system to all required equipment. The team further provided design for structural support layout for an overhead crane as well as design layout of three 20’ x 20’ rooms with a drop-down ceiling and standard power outlets, overhead lighting fixtures, and heating and air conditioning.
