Project Overview
Forest City Erectors selected R.E. Warner for construction layout services for the structural steel component of the new Sherwin Williams Headquarters in downtown Cleveland.
The 36-story office tower is the 4th tallest building in Cleveland, and the 6th tallest building in Ohio. The headquarters complex faces Public Square and covers portions of three city blocks.
The REW team also provided construction surveying for the new Research & Development complex in Brecksville.
