Design and roadway construction drawings for safety and traffic improvements to Crocker Road, Clemens Road, and the I-90 west bound exit and entrance ramps for the City of Westlake and the Ohio Department of Transportation, District 12.  Project included field surveys and mapping, utility coordination, maintenance of traffic, roadway and drainage, water main and sanitary sewers, subsurface investigations, selected environmental studies and CE-2 document, retaining walls, traffic signalization, traffic control and right of way.

This $4.7 Million infrastructure project will eliminate crashes, reduce traffic congestion and improve safety in the Crocker Road and Clemens Road intersection area by the addition of two new by-pass roadways, traffic signals, retaining walls, and interchange ramp improvements. The project was performed according to City of Westlake standards, the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Project Development Process and the Local Public Agency (LPA) Program.
