Project Overview
R.E. Warner provided Time & Material Engineering Services to assist a waste management company with multiple projects needed to bring a dormant site back into operation.
REW assisted with engineering with regard to overall site conditions drawing depicting sanitary, storm, and contact water sewers as well as troubleshooting issues with the Wastewater Treatment System that occurred during initial start-up. The T&M contract allowed for the team to expeditiously begin working on additional scope items as additional needs were being identified throughout the work to restart the plant.
Under a separate contract, our team also prepared structural and plumbing construction drawings for the Stabilization Building for permit approval by the Ohio EPA.
