Project Overview
Cuyahoga Community College selected R.E. Warner for design services to construct an 88-space parking lot expansion on a 2.8-acre site that was a former church property.
R.E. Warner provided surveying, site design, electrical, architectural, bidding and award, and construction administration services for the Brunswick Campus parking lot expansion. Our scope of work included:
- Topographic survey
- Land use submittal/local jurisdiction coordination
- Site demolition and site plans, site layout and dimensioning plans
- Site utility and drainage plans
- Stormwater sediment and erosion control plans
- Site details and general notes
- Light calculations for parking lot
- Lighting layout and circuiting for pole-mounted fixtures
- Pole base foundation detail
- Building demolition specification and division one specifications
The new lot increases parking capacity at the current Tri-C Brunswick University Center located at 3611 Center Road in Brunswick, Ohio. It also added site lighting, security features and landscaping.
