The R.E. Warner Board of Directors is pleased to announce that it has voted to extend Ted Beltavski's term as President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board for another three years. The firm also announces that the shareholders have voted to extend for three years the terms of Senior Vice President & COO Frank Johnson, and Technology & Compliance Manager Matt Barratt as members of the Board of Directors.
Ted, Frank, and Matt are well-regarded for having a progressive business mindset. Ted has been with R.E. Warner for 22 years and was elected President in 2012. Frank has been with the firm for 15 years and was named Senior Vice President in 2020. Matt has been with the firm for 17 years. Their long tenures with the firm allow historical perspective that offers valuable insight.
