Project Overview
TCV Development served as Design-Build Construction Manager for Union Home Mortgage for the renovation and expansion of their corporate campus. Union Home Mortgage had purchased the old ITT Technical Institute property located to the west of their existing property in Strongsville with the intention of renovating the building and site for the company's expansion. R.E. Warner was select to provide civil engineering and surveying services for site design.
Our scope of work for the site improvements included a topographic survey of the existing site, repaved sidewalks, re-surfaced asphalt pavement, and modified drainage structures. We also provided construction documents to aide TCV Development in the bidding for construction.
