R.E. Warner provided detailed engineering for the installation of a new HCL processing plant including a tank farm and rail/truck loading system.
Our team's scope of work included professional mechanical, civil, structural and electrical and controls systems engineering services needed to develop the system P&ID's, detailed drawings and equipment specifications for construction procurement.
We also provided construction support and preparation of “as-built” record status drawings.
