R.E. Warner is serving as a subconsultant to NewGen Strategies & Solutions to provide services for the development of a comprehensive financial plan for Cleveland Public Power. The development of the plan includes a costs of service study, rate and fee analyses for electric service for the years of 2019 through 2023 .
Our team is providing electric engineering services including a high-level assessment of the physical condition of the CPP electrical system infrastructure and supporting capital improvement plan.
