Warner for two years serving as Structural Engineer and recently transitioning to Project Manager. He holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio University. His professional affiliations include the Precast Prestressed Concrete Institute, American Society of Civil Engineers, Engineers Without Borders, American Institute of Steel Construction and Structural Engineering Institute.
