OVERVIEW
People from all walks of life depend on federal, state and local infrastructure to provide them with the services they need to live. As with all tangible objects, the facilities and infrastructure of our nation’s public sector have a shelf life, and need investment to continue functioning. To ensure the continued operation of public services and usability of public facilities, communities require a partner with expertise in this sector.
R.E. Warner has a long history of helping government agencies address the growing need for the support, repair, rehabilitation and construction of their facilities. From the service departments that salt our roads and the sewer systems that drain them, to the maintenance of city buildings and the rehabilitation of aging structures, public-provided services are indispensable to the modern world, and we help to ensure they stay on-line.
From housing authorities to water departments, we’ve worked closely with a wide variety of federal, state and local agencies. We’ve spent countless hours evaluating, planning, and designing functional and cost-effective projects, including both repairs and maintenance and new construction. To better support these departments, we’ve partnered with clients through “on-call” contracts and addressed everything from roof repairs and building foundation improvements to HVAC upgrades and replacements.
Over the years, government agencies have also turned to our extensive service offerings in civil engineering, project design and construction management to serve the public with projects in water treatment, flood control, stormwater retention, dams, reservoirs and water treatment facilities. As demand in addressing outdated infrastructure continues to increase, all of these areas of expertise are essential to preserving public welfare.
