Overview
The Project Administrator is responsible for supporting project managers by ensuring the efficient coordination and execution of various projects within the team. This position involves administrative support, data tracking, scheduling, and assisting in the preparation of project documentation to help keep projects on time and organized.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Inputs and manages project-related data using spreadsheets and other tracking tools.
- Establishes and maintains organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Schedules, coordinates, and attends team meetings; prepares and distributes meeting notes as needed.
- Monitors project timelines and assists in assembling project packages and deliverables.
- Supports the preparation of routine reports and status updates.
- Assists with the development of proposals, processing of change orders, and project scheduling tasks as required.
Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.

2+ years of previous administrative/coordinating experience required.

Proficient in the PC/windows suite with experience in e-mail, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
