Project Overview
The Village of Glenwillow has contracted R.E. Warner to provide professional design architectural services for a new Municipal Complex on Pettibone Road, consisting of a service garage and an administrative office building. The scope of services for this complex is programming through to construction administration, closeout and post-construction follow-up.
Architectural services include structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering for the final design and construction plans of the new Municipal buildings. The buildings have a 18,000-square-foot Service Garage and a 2,000-square-foot Administrative Office Building. The service garage contains vehicle storage, equipment storage, maintenance areas, a wash bay, cold storage, and attached office space. The office building includes support offices, locker rooms, and a breakroom.
The new complex meets the need for a larger Service Garage to provide vehicle storage and allow for daily operations of the Village Service Department and a larger, updated Administrative Office Building to continue to serve area residents and businesses best.
