Project Overview
R.E. Warner is providing multi-discipline engineering and design services from preliminary/conceptual design through construction and project close-out for building renovations and expansions at a heavy manfacturing company in Northeast Ohio.
The owner is undertaking major investments including purchasing new manufacturing equipment and improvement facilities to support an anticipated increase in production.
The scope of work includes demo, partial building demo, renovation, new construction, and associated site work.
The primary design areas include two new buildings, a new building enclosure, welding/assembly pit, x-ray booth, steam clean facility, and transmission line.
This expansion allows the company to continue to grow and provide world-class manufactured components and services in Northeast Ohio.
