Since joining REW on January 2, 2002, Ted has consistently delivered skillful, dedicated leadership in service to the company as well as the professional success of our employees. He has served as Department Manager, Operations Director, Vice President and Member of the Board of Directors.
Ted was elected to lead the firm as president in 2012. Since stepping into this role, he has demonstrated a forward-thinking and growth-minded approach to business. Throughout his tenure, Ted has moved the company forward through the leadership of our people, recruiting top talent, continuing our upward trajectory of increased revenues and profits, developing a culture of wellness, investing in cutting-edge technology, and evolving ownership in our firm.
He holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Cleveland State University, is a Registered Professional Engineer in Ohio, Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia and has 40 years of management and engineering experience, primarily for heavy industrial and power generation and transmission facilities.
Ted is active in numerous professional and civic organizations. He is past president of the Cleveland Engineering Society, the Association of Bridge Construction and Design, and the Cleveland Chapter of Legatus, an organization of Catholic business executives.
