Crain’s Cleveland Business. The statewide program highlights employers that excel in working conditions, benefits, and corporate culture. Our firm ranked 14 out of 45 organizations that made the list.

The program, conducted in partnership with the Workforce Research Group, uses a two-part assessment: an employer questionnaire covering company policies, practices, and demographics (20%), and an employee survey (80%).
More specifically, the evaluation considered areas such as employee experience, communication and workplace culture, supervisor relationships, training and development, diversity and inclusion, leadership, benefits, and work-life balance.
