Part of the broader Top Workplaces program, the Compensation & Benefits Award is one of several Culture Excellence Awards that recognize exceptional performance on specific metrics. Winners are determined solely on employee responses to a research-backed, third-party survey administered by employee engagement company Energage, LLC.
The Compensation & Benefits Award looks at responses to survey questions examining whether employees believe their compensation and benefits are commensurate with their contributions and competitive within their field, in addition to whether they feel appreciated beyond material rewards.
Out of more than 40,000 organizations invited to participate in the 2025 Top Workplaces program, only 742 were selected for the Compensation & Benefits honor.
