Mr. David W. Sminchak, P.E. is President and Chief Executive Officer of the firm and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Sminchak has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer. He has over 30 years experience in the administration, design and construction of industrial facilities, underground utilities, highways, bridges, and drainage structures.

Mr. Randall J. Walton, P.E. is a member of the Board of Directors and Sr. Vice-President of the firm serving as QA/QC Officer and Health and Safety Officer. Mr. Walton has an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology, an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and has over 30 years experience in the administration, design, construction and start-up of steel producing, chemical process and wastewater treatment facilities.

Mr. Wade L. Blackburn, P.E. is a member of the Board of Directors and Sr. Vice President of the Metal Production and Processing Division. Mr. Blackburn has an Associates Degree, and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Ohio and Kentucky. He has more than 30 years experience in engineering, construction and administration of capital and maintenance projects, primarily for iron and steel facilities. |
