R.E. Warner & Associates, Inc. was selected by a leading North American flat rolled carbon steel processing organization to provide complete engineering, architectural and surveying services for construction of a new 267,000 SF steel processing facility located on an existing 33-acre industrial brown field site in Cleveland, Ohio.

The new complex included coil storage, slitter and pickling buildings totaling more than 238,000 SF. In addition, the complex included more than 20,000 SF of support buildings and a new 9120 SF office facility.

R.E. Warner provided architectural and interior design services, civil/site design including the turn key demolition of four existing buildings and complete structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services. Electrical engineering included initial and final electrical load studies, single line diagrams and preliminary and final plans and specifications for installation of the facility wide power distribution system including three 13.8KV/480V 2500KVA single ended substations, 13.8KV primary feeder and 480V secondary feeders.
