R.E. Warner & Associates was selected by Brandstetter Carroll Zofcin, Inc. to provide complete engineering services for design of the Bay Village Police Headquarters Building .  The new facility includes a single-story, 15,400 SF Police Department Building consisting of a vehicle sally-port, public lobby with vestibule, community room, locker room, various administrative and office rooms, and a detention area.

In addition to the Police Department Building , a separate 80’ x 100’ Weapons Training/Garage Building was constructed onsite. This building included an indoor weapons range, vehicle garage area, a second floor mezzanine, and various administrative, training and storage areas.

Both buildings were constructed with masonry walls with cold-formed steel roofs, geothermal heating, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.  Applicable systems include potable water, natural gas, HVAC, ventilation, lighting and power plans and electrical site plans.

R.E. Warner also designed underground stormwater detention due to site restrictions and prepared the air permits for particulate matter and lead.
