R.E. Warner served as the design professional as part of a design/build team to design and construct a new maintenance facility in Euclid, Ohio for the Ohio Department of Transportation District 12.

The project consisted of a 38,000 square foot operations building with heated and cooled service bays, a wash bay, and vehicle storage with attached administrative offices; unheated material storage; mix building; salt storage structure; and a diesel/gasoline fueling station.

The new facility was constructed on a six-acre site with site improvements including pavement, security, landscaping and fencing.
