Design/build project for emergency replacement of the damaged bridge carrying Doty Road over Mill Creek in Madison Township for the Lake County Engineer.  Heavy storms caused the approach spans of the existing bridge to be washed out and traffic detoured.  The new bridge consists of a single span, non-composite prestressed concrete box beam superstructure with 83 ft. bridge limits.   The new abutments are full-height reinforced concrete retaining walls founded on rock.   The new bridge was constructed on budget and on schedule.
