R.E. Warner & Associates is celebrating one year in its new offices located at LA Office Plaza II in Westlake ’s LaCentre. Due to this engineering firm’s growth and need for more space, R.E. Warner relocated to 25777 Detroit Road, just west of

Columbia Road, in Westlake in August 2004. The new 24,000-square-foot Class A office space allows R.E. Warner to continue meeting clients' needs and providing excellent service.  As the anchor tenant, R.E. Warner rents the largest amount of square footage in the LaCentre Office Plaza.

Getting off the elevators that lead directly to R.E. Warner’s offices, visitors are impressed with the openness and brightness of the lobby.   The office has many unique features, including wooden doors that can serve as a wall or slide open in three sections as a door in the main conference room located in the lobby. One of the other conference rooms has a curved glass wall with rounded

windows that let in the natural light. Engineers and architects offices are divided by cubicles and departments with staggered ceilings, called suspended acquistic tile ceilings. Tones of antique gold, rice grain, ramie, tan, sawdust, bronze, pewter and brass are used throughout the office.

As a tenant, R.E. Warner has access to LA Centre, a conference and banquet facility on the first floor of LA Office Plaza II.  R.E. Warner’s staff can take advantage of many amenities including audio/visual services, meeting planning, a business center, travel arrangements, valet service, and security.
