For the second year in a row, R.E. Warner has made the list of the top 99 firms to work for in Northeast Ohio .

Conducted by the Employers Resource Council (ERC), NorthCoast 99 has annually recognized 99 great workplaces in Northeast Ohio since 1999.  Every year, these 99 organizations demonstrate their ability to attract, retain, and motivate talented employees. The competition reflects a comprehensive array of companies which compete based on each organization’s workplace practices and programs. 

A great workplace maintains a foundation that supports the attraction, retention, and motivation of top performers. The areas of competition within the seven fundamental characteristics of a successful organization are flexibility, opportunity, recognition, security, development, support and talent integrity. These characteristics allow organizations to succeed, which allows growth and the creation of more jobs.

This award was presented at the dinner ceremony on September 14th at LaCentre in Westlake .

R.E. Warner & Associates, Inc. continues to broaden the scope of its consulting activities.  The firm provides a wide variety of engineering, architectural and surveying services to the public and private sector.  Currently, R.E. Warner & Associates, Inc. has approximately 85 employees that serve such clients as the Ohio Department of Transportation, Honda of America Manufacturing, NASA Glenn Research Center as well as numerous other public and private clients throughout the country.
