As one of the limited number of design firms to have an ISO-certified Quality System, R.E. Warner is pleased to report that we have recently received our ISO 9001:2000 recertification. The ISO 9001 standard is the most comprehensive of all 9000 Series Standards and covers design, development, production, installation and servicing. Originally certified in 1999, R.E. Warner has been required to successfully complete regularly scheduled compliance audits performed by SRI, an independent Quality System Registrar. In July 2005, we received our most recent certification. What does ISO mean to our clients? “We say what we do and we do what we say,” says R.E. Warner President Dave Sminchak. “The ISO 9001 process is our means for achieving consistent quality and improvement throughout the company.” |
