R.E. Warner & Associates, Inc. has been a leader in supporting our nation’s defense and research efforts. During the past 20 years, we have been selected for indefinite delivery contracts at NASA Glenn Research Center , Wright Patterson Air Force Base, and Newark Air Force Station. Each of these contracts has involved the repair and rehabilitation of existing facilities.

For example, either alone or as part of a joint venture, R.E. Warner has provided engineering, architectural, environmental, and construction management services at NASA Glenn Research Center (formerly Lewis Research Center) from 1986 to 1987, 1987 to 1992, and from 2000 to 2005. The first contract involved 52 different projects over a one-year period, with a total construction value of approximately $10 million. During the next five years, R.E. Warner was involved in additional 680 discrete projects and 848 smaller tasks with an accumulative construction value of $52 million from 2000 to 2005. R.E. Warner is currently working under a similar two-year contract with 3 one-year options to provide engineering, environmental, and construction management services at Glenn Research Center .

The firm has provided services on similar one-year contracts at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton , Ohio and Newark Air Force Station near Columbus . R.E. Warner has also completed numerous discrete projects for federal facilities throughout the Midwest .
