R.E. Warner & Associates, Inc. provides process engineering as well as total facility design services to chemical and process plants on a local and national level. Services range from the design of new systems to the modernization or expansion of existing process operations.

We offer flexibility in all of our project services in order to meet the diversified requirements of our clients. Services include conceptual engineering, preliminary process design, technical and economic feasibility studies, final design engineering, construction administration, start-up and operator training.

R.E. Warner & Associates has designed or retrofitted many processes in existing plants. We have become proficient in overcoming major problems in retrofitting existing facilities: “hot turnover.” While a process is being upgraded, most facilities are fully operational in all other areas. Careful planning and precise execution are crucial for the success of each project.
