Titanium Plate, Forge and Grinding Facility Detail Engineering

Preparation of plans and specifications for construction of a Titanium Plate Rolling and Finishing Facility and Titanium Forging and Grinding Facility for RTI International Metals in Martinsville, Virginia. Services include civil, piping, electrical, structural, architectural, process, environmental and HVAC/mechanical engineering including construction support services.

Ongoing A/E Delivery Order Services for Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority

Two year indefinite delivery contract to provide architectural and engineering services on an as needed basis to assist Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority Construction Department in the disposition of projects which arise from an emergency, short or long term completion basis, when and as requested by CMHA’s Contract Officer. 

Ongoing A/E Services at Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District's Wastewater Treatment Facilties

  • Resident architectural and engineering services in support of Solar Testing Laboratories during construction of NEORSD's $90 million Renewable Energy Facility at the Southerly WWTP
  • As a part of a consultant team, performed field survey and prepared plans and specifications to replace low voltage equipment at NEORSD's Southerly WWTP

  • Preparation of mechanical and electrical plans and specifications for a new pump station, grit separation chamber and force main to augment the Westerly Low Level Interceptor

Ongoing Architectural and Engineering Services at NASA GRC

In support of mbi-k2m Architects, R.E. Warner is providing civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services related to the IDIQ agreement for fixed price task order(s).  Tasks have included:

  • Civil data collection and analysis of geotechnical reports, evaluation of options, recommendations and design for soil stabilizations and design for soil stabilization and erosion control along the steep hillside west of the ACS Building 147
  • Design services to complete the civil, structural, mechanical and electrical construction documents for Fitness center expansion
  • Civil and structural design for security enhancements at the eastern perimeter of NASA GRC along West Hangar Road including new fencing, new gate and barrier and a new blast resistant wall
  • Civil and electrical design services for design of a Smart Grid around buildings 302, 332, 333, 334 and 336 at the NASA GRC campus

New Service Department Facility

Programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration for a new 15,000 sf service department facility for the City of Chardon including vehicle maintenance; vehicle, equipment and parts storage; locker rooms/restrooms; lunch/break room; and administrative offices. Ancillary facilities include a cold storage building; bulk storage bins, a salt storage structure; and above ground fuel storage and dispensing station

Upper Chester Development Phase I

Preparation of plans and specifications for construction of four infrastructure improvement projects to build new and connective roadways, re-route traffic, and reduce congestion in Cleveland 's Upper Chester neighborhood and adjacent University Circle area

Gardens of Westlake Site Design and Engineering

Site design and engineering including site layout and preparation, grading and drainage, parking, utilities and stormwater management for 16,000 sf of memory care addition to the Gardens of Westlake

Crocker Road, Clemens Road I-90 Roadway Improvements

Design and roadway construction drawings for the improvements to Crocker Road, Clemens Road, and the I-90 WB exit and entrance ramps for the City of Westlake

Grafton Correctional Institutional Electrical Upgrade

Island Road Construction Services 

Construction management services in accordance with the ODOT Program including construction administration, full-time construction observation, compliance monitoring and materials testing for widening and resurfacing a 1.9 section of CR58(island Road) from the CSX Railroad tracks south to the Eaton Township limits

Rod Mill Waterbox Installation Engineering

Engineering, design and preparation of plans for installation of waterbox assemblies and associated equipment as part of a heat treating upgrade to charter Steel's Saukville , Wisconsin facility.

Timken Faircrest Office Building

Programming, schematic design, design development and construction documents for a new 5,500 sf administration office building at Timken's Faircrest Steel Plant.

Bruce Mansfield Power Plant Fuel Oil System Upgrade

Design a fully operational fuel oil system to replace an existing under ground system with an above ground system while providing double walled pipe for containment at crucial locations.  Design includes a common pumping and tank system and main header and pedestrian access to route over an existing railway line ( CSX Rail Company) and two roadways using a series of trusses.

Compress Air System

Preparation of plans and specifications for a new Duke Energy central compressed air plant and pipeline to provide approximately 12000scfm of compressed air to CristalGlobal's Ashtabula facility.  Project includes building addition, compressors, dryers, heat exchangers and cooling water and approximately 4000 L.F. of 12" pipeline

Continuous Acetonitrile Purification Unit Drying Column

Preliminary engineering and budgetary cost estimate for alternatives to repair or replace deteriorating continuous acetonitrile purification unit at INEOS Nitriles' Lima , Ohio plant

Barex Control Room & Operator Station
