Preparation of drawings and specifications for relocation of government owned steam test loop, single can steam test loop and air/water test loop.  Project includes renovation of an existing building and design of a common central control room. 

Veterans Administration Site Design
Site design and engineering for redevelopment of a 5-1/2 acre parcel for construction at a new VA office building, parking garage and domiciliary on East 105th Street and East Blvd. Project includes grading, drainage and paving, underground utilities, stormwater management and retaining wall design.

On-Call Architectural and Engineering Services
The Metropolitan Regional Transit Authority chose R.E. Warner and Associates, Inc. for on-call architecture and engineering services. The initial contract is for two years with three one-year options. Our initial task involved the design of a decorative security fence and automated gate for Metro’s Akron bus facility.
