Mr. David W. Sminchak, P.E. is Vice President of the firm and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Sminchak has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from
Purdue
University
and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of
Ohio
. He has over 40 years experience in management, design and construction administration of large and complex infrastructure and environmental projects and industrial facilities. Mr. Sminchak is a 1997 graduate of Leadership Cleveland, past president of the Cleveland Engineering Society, active in the American Council of Engineering Companies of Ohio where he served as a member of the Board of Directors, is a member of Bluecoats, Inc., is former chairman of the Human Resource Task Force to Build Up Greater Cleveland and is a member to the Marymount Hospital Community Advisory Council.

Mr. Brett A. Neff is Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Neff holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from
Ohio
Northern
University
and has more than 19 years of design, project management and construction administration experience on capital and maintenance projects for government, commercial and institutional projects. Brett is one of six founding members of the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services currently serving on the Chapter’s Board of Directors, he is chairperson of the membership development committee and past chair of the marketing committee of the Cleveland Engineering Society and is past president of the Alumni Board of Directors at Ohio Northern University.
