R.E. Warner Architects, Inc., a professional corporation, was established in 1985 to practice architecture in the State of Ohio. Two years later, in April 1987, the firm moved from Lorain to Gemini Towers II in Westlake, Ohio and in July 1994, the company moved to Three King James Park in Westlake. Currently our office is at LA Office Plaza II at LA Centre in Westlake.
In 1998, the Business Trust was converted to an Ohio Corporation and the name changed to R.E. Warner & Associates, Inc. Two wholly owned subsidiaries were added: R.E. Warner Construction Services, Inc. to provide design-build services and R.E. Warner Environmental Services, Ltd. to provide environmental services.
The firm began by providing design services to Midwest steel producers. As the company grew, other disciplines were added and our client base significantly expanded. Since our founding in 1951, we have experienced steady and continuous growth. Building on our traditional strengths and interests, we have entered new fields only when it is consistent with the basic purpose of our business. Today, R.E. Warner & Associates, Inc. is a full service, multi-discipline consulting engineering firm. We are often listed among the top 500 Design Firms in the country by Engineering News Record. Our steady continuous growth is an excellent indication of client satisfaction.
