R.E. Warner & Associates, Inc. offers a complete range of transportation services, from feasibility, location-design and environmental studies to final design and construction management of streets, highways, bridges, and waterways.

Our road and highway design experience includes the design
of complex rural, urban and interstate roadways, intersections and interchanges.  We have designed highway and pedestrian bridges and structures over railroads, rivers and streams, and multi-lane, divided highways.

R.E. Warner transportation planners have conducted major investment studies, interchange justification studies, and the environmental assessments associated with them.  Our traffic engineers have extensive experience in traffic calming, traffic impact studies, intersection capacity analysis, network capacity analysis, traffic signals and traffic signal systems.

In addition to our surface transportation experience, we have been involved in the design and construction management of marinas, creek and channel improvements, stream widening and erosion control.
