State-of-the-Art Surveying Services. R.E. Warner & Associates, Inc. currently operates five fully-equipped field crews plus a complete inside support staff. Our survey crews utilize the latest in survey technology. We have been operating Geodimeter Robotic’s total station for several years, and as a result, along with employing GPS capabilities, have increased our survey productivity by over 100% (as compared to other total stations with data collectors). Our qualified and experienced personnel use this technology to its fullest capacity.

Field-to-Office Electronic Data Transfer. Field survey data is transferred to our computer network system via direct data download and into the applicable CADD platform. Field survey codes have been developed that are 100% compatible with ODOT CADD drafting requirements and cell libraries. When in the MicroStation CADD platform, all ODOT-defined cells, levels, line types, and line weights are utilized. Comparable AutoCAD-based elements have also been developed for AutoCAD-based projects.

Accurate, Complete and Timely Construction Layout Service. We fully understand the value of having Accurate, Complete and Timely (ACT) layout services. We will work closely with you to identify your survey requirements and will be on-site when you need us, for as long as you need us.

Following our ISO-9001:2000 requirements, we follow stringent quality control procedures. All layout points are pre-calculated, electronically stored after staking, and office-verified by an independent checker.
