Ted Beltavski

Mr. Theodore A. Beltavski, P.E.

President of the firm, chairman of the Board of Directors and Project Officer for metals, process and power markets.  Mr. Beltavski holds both a Bachelor and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Cleveland State University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Ohio, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, New Jersey, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia and has more than 33 years of management and engineering experience, primarily for heavy industrial and power generation and transmission facilities. Mr. Beltavski is immediate past president of the Cleveland Engineering Society, is a member of Board of Directors for the Cleveland Chapter of Legatus, an organization of Catholic business executives and past president of the Association of Bridge Construction and Design.

Brett Neff

Mr. Brett A. Neff

Senior Vice President, Business Development, member of the Board of Directors and Project Officer for government, commercial and manufacturing markets.  Mr. Neff holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University and has more than 23 years of design, project management and construction administration experience on capital and maintenance projects for government, commercial and institutional projects. Brett is one of six founding members of the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services, past member of the Chapter’s Board of Directors, he is a member of the Cleveland Engineering Society Board of Directors, past president of the Alumni Board of Directors at Ohio Northern University, Director for the Gorman-Lavelle Corporation, and is Trustee for the Solon Italian Club Foundation.

Mr. Matthew S. Barratt, P.E., LEED AP B+C

Vice President, Operations, a member of the Board of Directors, Corporate Health & Safety and EEOC Officer, and Process Market Project Officer. Mr. Barratt holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, is pursuing a Masters in Mechanical Engineering, is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio, is a LEED Accredited Professional with more than 18 years experience in the design and installation of power, control and mechanical systems. Matt’s professional affiliations include IEEE Cleveland Section Chair (2004), Vice-Chair 2003, Secretary 2002; Cleveland Engineering Society Affiliates Committee (2002-2005); and Electrical League of Ohio Electro-Expo Committee (2002).

Mr. Frank H. Johnson, Jr., P.E.

Vice President, Project Management, a member of the Board of Directors, Quality Control Officer, and Project Officer for the Metals Market. Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cleveland State University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio, and has more than 18 years experience in the study, design and project management of electrical distribution systems for major utilities, large industrial complexes, and various commercial and institutional facilities. Frank is a current member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers Power Engineering Society.
